Especially with the developments in the health sector in recent years, the need for expert managers in their fields, in other words, qualified workforce, has increased in order to ensure that health services can be provided regularly, effectively and efficiently. It is accepted that the knowledgeable workforce will manage the resources of health institutions more effectively and efficiently, thus helping to provide health services in better conditions. In this direction, the main purpose of the Health Management Undergraduate Program is to train human resources to meet the needs of the sector. In a broader sense, the Health Management Undergraduate Program aims to provide training in hospital management, organization of health services, health financing, health insurance, health technologies and their use in order to gain the knowledge and skills required for the management, operation and planning activities of health institutions and organizations.
